Drill Team
Each incoming midshipman has the unique opportunity to be a part of the CUNROTC drill team. Much of the first semester at Cornell is spent in preparation for the annual Cornell University Invitational Drill Competition. This involves rifle manual, marching movements, and military knowledge that help to build discipline, bearing, and teamwork. Skills learned while on the drill team are useful throughout a student's time at Cornell.
